  • 1. सभी श्रेणियों (नियमित, विशिष्ट, नियोजित, विद्यालय अध्यापक) के लिए सातवें वेतन आयोग का पूर्ण, एकसमान एवं तत्काल क्रियान्वयन हो।
  • 2. एक कार्य, एक वेतन का सिद्धांत लागू हो।
  • 3. पुरानी पेंशन योजना (OPS) की बहाली सभी श्रेणियों के लिए अनिवार्य हो।
  • 4. विशिष्ट शिक्षकों का वेतन-संरक्षण (Pay Protection), मूल फिक्सेशन एवं वार्षिक वृद्धि जनवरी 2025 से प्रभावी हो।
  • 5. नियोजित/विद्यालय अध्यापकों/विशिष्ट शिक्षकों के लंबित एरियर, वेतन-वृद्धि एवं देयकों का शीघ्र भुगतान हो।
  • 6. सेवा-निरंतरता (Continuity of Service) नियुक्ति तिथि से सभी श्रेणियों को प्रदान हो।
  • 7. आवास भत्ता एवं अन्य भत्ते सभी जिलों में एकसमान दर पर; शहरी कटौती समाप्त हो।
  • 8. प्रोबेशन अवधि अधिकतम एक वर्ष समाप्ति पर सभी लाभ स्वतः प्रभावी हों।
  • 9. स्थानांतरण नीति पारदर्शी, निष्पक्ष एवं समयबद्ध, पति-पत्नी एक जिले में पोस्टिंग अनिवार्य।
  • 10. वर्तमान पदस्थापन पर निरंतरता बनी रहे (विशेषकर पुराने नियोजित/विशिष्ट शिक्षकों के लिए)।
  • 11. सक्षमता परीक्षा अनिवार्यता समाप्त या वैकल्पिक; उत्तीर्णों को बिना भेदभाव लाभ।
  • 12. TET/STET उत्तीर्ण शिक्षकों को नियमितीकरण/वरीयता में प्राथमिकता।
  • 13. समयबद्ध पदोन्नति (TGT→PGT→प्रधानाध्यापक/प्रधान शिक्षक-AEDO-BEO-DPO-DEO-RDDE) सभी श्रेणियों में समान।
  • 14. वरिष्ठता सूची नियमित, खुला प्रकाशन; श्रेणियों के बीच न्यायसंगत वरीयता।
  • 15. प्रधानाध्यापक/प्रधान शिक्षक रिक्तियों की शीघ्र पूर्ति; समान अवसर।
  • 16. गैर-शैक्षिक कार्य (मिड-डे मील, चुनाव आदि) से पूर्ण मुक्ति।
  • 17. अनावश्यक/दबावपूर्ण प्रशिक्षण समाप्त; वैकल्पिक, गुणवत्तापूर्ण एवं ऑनलाइन/ऑफलाइन विकल्प।
  • 18. बाल देखभाल, मातृत्व एवं पितृत्व अवकाश बिना भेदभाव सभी को।
  • 19. चिकित्सा अवकाश अधिक मानवीय, लचीला एवं व्यावहारिक।
  • 20. पूर्ण निःशुल्क कैशलेस चिकित्सा सुविधा शिक्षक एवं परिवार के लिए।
  • 21. एक करोड़ रुपये का दुर्घटना/जीवन बीमा प्रत्येक शिक्षक के लिए।
  • 22. दिव्यांग शिक्षकों को विशेष यात्रा भत्ता एवं सुविधाएँ कानूनानुसार।
  • 23. दुर्गम/कठिन क्षेत्र में अतिरिक्त प्रोत्साहन भत्ता एवं आवास।
  • 24. शनिवार को विद्यालय अर्ध-दिवसीय।
  • 25. स्टाफ रूम, शौचालय, पेयजल, इंटरनेट आदि बुनियादी सुविधाएँ अनिवार्य।
  • 26. शिक्षक संघों पर कोई प्रतिबंध न हों संघों को नीति-निर्माण में भागीदारी।
  • 27. स्वतंत्र शिक्षक शिकायत निवारण तंत्र का गठन।
  • 28. नियमावली एवं आदेशों का समय-समय पर पुनरवलोकन एवं सुधार।
  • 29. उच्च शिक्षा (M.Phil/Ph.D.) हेतु अध्ययन अवकाश एवं प्रोत्साहन सभी को।
  • 30. शिक्षा विभाग में पूर्ण संरचनात्मक समानता – सभी श्रेणियाँ एक ही सम्मान, अधिकार, सुरक्षा एवं कैरियर प्रगति के हकदार।
